Product Description

 W-Cell extended surface ASHRAE rated separator-type air filter is designed for use in any commercial or industrial HVAC systems where medium to high efficiency is required. W-Cell is available in average efficiency ranges of ****5%, ****5%, and ****5% per ASHRAE Atmospheric Dust Spot Test (ASHRAE *2.*****2 equal EN**9).

Operating face velocity ranges are from ****5FPM(**1.9m/s) for 6 inch (**0mm) deep filters; and from ****5FPM (**3.**5m/s) for *2inch (**5mm) deep units.

Air filtration system was originally supplied by other equipment manufacturers can be replaced by W-Cell to improve air cleaning performance and reliability.

W-Cell *4x*4" has a minimum surface area **0 sq.ft (Deep *2"). No other filter contains as much surface area. It minimizes the resistance and increases dust holding capacity. We can manufacture the filter with an increasing filter media for customer special use.

Fire-retardant sealant

The filter element is completely sealed around its periphery with fire-retardant epoxy or polyurethane form or silicon.

Faceguard

A metal hardware close faceguard installed on both sides of the filter is available as an option.

Galvanized steel frame header type filter

This construction style provides the most rigid filter unit. The header is constructed with 0.8mm galvanized steel and the frame is 0.6mm galvanized steel to ensure maximum service life in even the most rigorous applications.

Fire-retardant particle board frame

A high density fire-retardant particle board is utilized to encase the media cartridge unique construction ensures maximum rigidity.

Temperature

Standard unit are rated for maximum **0F, temperature up to **0F can be obtained by optional sealants, gaskets and frames.
