Product Description

 V-Bank HEPA filters are with multiple mini-pleat media packs. It removes air contamination such as fine dust, smoke, vapor, soot, pollen, bacteria, etc. The V-Bank HEPA provides guarantee efficiency from *5% to *9.**9% on 0.3 micrometer size particles. The V-Bank ULPA provides guarantee efficiency from *9.**9% to *9.*****9% on 0.*2 micrometer size particles. These two series offer high performance and low operating costs are suitable for the most difficult operating condition.

The filter is assembled by multiple mini-pleat packs formed into six-eight Vs. It contained more media (up to *0%) than standard HEPA filter. The effective media area results in greater flow capacity, lower resistance, and longer service life.

Each filter is tested in accordance with US MIL-STD***2 for resistance and penetration at the filter's nominal rated capacity as define in MIL-F*****8.

Air filtration system originally supplied by other equipment manufactures can be replaced by V-bank HEPA to improve air cleaning performance and reliability.

The V-Bank HEPA media is manufacture from glass microfiber. it is water resistance and can withstand temperature up to **0C. The filter media is folded into mini-pleats that are separated by continuous of thermo-setting adhesive and spacers to ensure an optimum pleating geometry. Each media pack is sealed with end panels by fire retardant epoxy, polyurethane foam or silicon and support struts and guaranteed leak free around the filter.

The filter frames construct from galvanized steel to other materials such as aluminum, particleboard, and stainless steel. The component is assembled to form a rigid frame giving high stability. For installation requiring a box, single header or double header.

Interlock neoprene rubber gaskets are standard to provide an airtight seal and prevent leakage past the filter. Gaskets are *6mm wide by 6mm thick.
