Product Description

YC**1 is single- component sealant based on silane-modified resin, with higher viscosity and thixotropy. Therefore, it is feasible to conduct location preliminarily. YC**1 doesnt contain solvent, isocyanate, silicone and PVC. For different base materials, it has good adhesive property and surface decoration performance. YC**1has good anti- UV performance. Therefore, it is used for indoor and outdoor applications.

Precautions

Before using this product, the operator must carefully read product safety information.

The surface must be clean, dry and unstained.

Can be extruded directly by a manual or pneumatic glue gun;

Maintain good ventilation in the construction and curing process.

For obtaining the optimal adhesion effectiveness, conduct adhesion testing before batch use. In the construction process, regularly conduct peeling adhesion testing to ensure use effectiveness.



Remove

Uncured adhesive may be wiped with acetone or ethanol.



Package

Plastic drum for net content of **0ml or soft film package for **0ml.



Storage and shelf life

Shall be stored at a cool and dry place at temperature less than *7℃. Storage period is 9 months from manufacturing date.



Safety information

This product is non-toxic, but before curing, it shall be prevented from contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water, and see medical assistance; Uncured products should avoid contact with children.  



Maintenance

No maintenance is required generally. If sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part. It is only required to remove the accumulated dirt with solvents and then use the product for repairing. YC**1 may firmly adhere onto the originally-cured Yuwang modified silane adhesive.
