Vigosili FV***2 is a block silicone emulsion which is polymerized
of siloxanes, polyamines, polyethers. It is suitable for polyester,
nylon and their blends, imparts finished fabric super soft, smooth
and fluffy handle.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES 1. Imparts finished fabric with
super soft, smooth and fluffy handle.
2. Doesnt contain emulsifiers, self-emulsifying.
3. The product has very good stability, no demulsifying, no
silicone specks and roller sticking.
4. No yellowing.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION Super soften finishing of polyester,
nylon and their blends.
DILUTION METHOD Add 2 parts of water into 1 part of Vigosili
FV***2 slowly and stir until homogeneous emulsion is attained.
APPLICATION METHOD FOR REFERENCE Padding process: *0 ~
*0g/L, pick up *0%, one dip one nip →*0ƒDry →**0ƒ bake for *0S~*0S.
Impregnation process: 1 ~ 2% (o.w.f) for *5 ~ *0min. at room temp.
→ Spin-dry→*0ƒDry
→**0ƒ bake for *0S~*0S.
The dosage and process can be adjusted according to customers
situation.
PACKING Net weight **0 kg per plastic drum.
STORAGE One year. Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse
at room temperature.
