Product Description

Vigothick FV***8 is an economic type very high strength pigment printing thickener, and is composed of a kind of polyacrylic acid ester compound, with high solid content, low dosage, and possesses very good thickening ability, suited for the pigment printing of cellulosic fiber and its blends.

Acid/alkali          : Stable under neutral or alkaline condition, precipitation might occur under acid condition.

Paste preparation:
To prepare printing paste, a certain dosage of thickener is stirred slowly with the addition of water, then stir with high speed for 2 ~ 5 min, after thorough swelling, add binder and pigment, stir with high speed for another 5 ~ *0min, to ensure the thickener is uniformly dispersed.

Process:
Color paste preparation  →  Print  →  Dry (**0ºC)  →  Bake (**0ºC x 2 ~ 3min)  →  Tentering
