Product Description

Vigosoft FV***0 is a cationic softener flakes, suitable for cotton, linen and their blended fabrics and yarn soften finishing, can bring soft, smooth and fluffy handle, particularly suitable for high-end demands.

APPLICATION METHOD
Exhaust method:
*0% FV***0                           0.5 ~ 6.0 % (o.w.f)

Room temp. ~ *5oC treated for *0min → spin-dry → dry → heat set (**0ºC x *0 sec.)
Padding method:
*0% FV***0                            *0 ~ *0 g/l
Pad processing liquor → dry → heat set (**0ºC x *0 sec.)

DILUTION METHOD:
Cold water: Sparkle softener flakes into water with slow stirring, once it disperses fully in water then stop stirring. About 2 hours later start to stir again until a uniform paste is attained. Filtrate and reserve.
Warm water: Sparkle softener flakes into water with slow stirring, and heat up to about *5 ºC with stir until a uniform paste is attained. Cool down, filtrate and reserve.

STROAGE LIFE:
Store in a cool and well-ventilated place, sealed storage, the product is valid for *2 months.
