To support POE application, find a good cat6a stp plug for larger diameter cable will be a trend for the network solutions. However, you can use an expensive cable rj45 cat7 or cat6a toolless plug, moreover you can choose an economical solution by using a normal RJ-45 plug with bigger wire hole design to terminate with larger cables like CAT6A OR CAT.7 rj45 cable. When you use the economic solution, it is important to check the diameters of the 4 twisted pairs wires to fit with the plug wire hole to avoid the bad contact situation happened! For this 1.2mm load bar connector, it can fit with 1.1mm around wires. We suggested using the crimping tool we recommend to make sure the crimping quality to meet FCC Part 68 standard.
