PROPERTY:

PROCESS:
Steel castings: alkaline chemical degrease (896A degreasing agent) 􀃆 wash with hot water 􀃆 degrease the oil
by electrolysis (896C degreasing agent Cathode for 3 minute Anode for 1 minute) 􀃆 wash with the current cold
water 􀃆 wash with the acid 􀃆 wash with the current cold water 􀃆 activate (CFC-581 1%) 􀃆 CFC-580
alkaline cyanide-free copper plating 􀃆 recycle 􀃆 wash (twice) 􀃆 activate (5% Sulfuric acid) 􀃆 acid
copper
SOLUTION PREPERATION:
If you have used the way of cyanide copper plating, you must dispose the bath and the other parts (such as filter, anode
bag and so on) in 24 hours, in order to remove the remain cyanide. The disposal way is using 2% sodium hypochlorite
first, and then wash. Thirdly, 2% Sulfuric acid. Fourthly, wash. At last, 5% potash lye. Pour 1/3 clean water needed into
the bath, then mix CFC-580 electroplating concentrated solution, CFC-581 and CFC- 582 following, pour the water
needed.
