ClZn-5 for Acidic (KCl) Zinc Plating
PROPERTIES:
1. It is composed by primary brightener and auxiliary one.
2. It owns high gloss and leveling ability.
3. It especially suits barrel plating, and has high current efficiency, good deep plating, wide temperature and good stability.
4. The layer appears dense, white and fine, it is easy for coloring, blue-white and white passivation.

BAKE MAKE-UP:
1. Add water of 2/3 of bath volume, then slowly add dissolved H3BO3 into 80°C hot water.
2. Add preset amount of KCL and ZnCl2, agitate it till it dissolves.
3. Add preset amount of ClZn-5A 1 time with water, then add it into bath with set ClZn-5B, agitate it evenly, then start plating.
BATH MAINTENANCE:
1. The consumption of primary brightener ClZn-5A is 80-120ml/KAH, dilute it 2-5 times with water before replenishment.
2. The consumption of second brightener ClZn-5B is 80-120ml/KAH, dilute it 1-3 times with water before replenishment.
3. To keep bath stable, replenish KCL and H3BO3 during operation, Zinc ion is replenished by dissolving anode.
4. Dilute HCL agent 5-10 times when adjusting PH low.
