1、Vertical Preheater
There is a bin on the top of preheater and a level indicator that controls the height of materials layer; materials slipping pipe, set between the bin and preheater, can transfer limestone into preheater and meanwhile seal the materials to prevent the entrance of cold air. Raw materials, using waste gas of high temperature, moves in opposite direction of materials feeding to achieve full heat exchange. The materials, after being evenly preheated, are pushed into the kiln by hydraulic push rod to reduce the time that materials are calcined in the kiln. Flue gas is discharged into atmosphere after being treated by dust collector.

Rotary Kiln

As the key equipment for the calcination of limestone, rotary kiln is composed of the kiln body, driving devices, supporting rollers, kiln head, kiln tail, hood of kiln head and combustion apparatus, etc.
The kiln body, as a rotary part when receiving heat, is coiled and welded of high quality steel plate, having a certain gradient. The whole kiln body is supported by riding wheel, and there is also machine or stopping wheel to prevent axial shift of kiln body. Driving devices can make the kiln body rotate according to required speed through the gear ring in the middle of the kiln body. In addition to main drive of main motor of direct current or in variable frequency, there are also auxiliary driving devices that can ensure the kiln to rotate in low speed and avoid its deformation during the power off time or installation and maintenance. To prevent cold air, smoke and dust from escaping, the reliable composite scale sealing devices are set on the feeding and discharging ends. Adopt the kiln with bigger diameter and shorter kiln body, which can not only reduce the range of axial shift and extend the ring in the kiln, but also save the area.

Vertical Cooler

The high temperature materials calcined in rotary kiln flow into the vertical cooler inlaid with refractory material. There are four cooling discharging areas in the cooler, and discharging speed in each area can be controlled independently according to the temperature of materials. Central wind caps and branch cool caps are evenly distributed in the cooler. Wind caps are connected with the fans through pipes. Materials, covering on wind caps, fall along the buses of wind caps and contact reversely with cold air released from air holes, finally finish heat exchange. Materials that cooled to *0℃+ environmental temperature are discharged from the cooler gradually by the vibrating unloader. The heated air enters into the rotary kiln directly through hood of kiln head and participates in combustion as secondary air. The cooler has a simple structure, good cooling effects, with no moving parts and little maintenance.
