MgOCaO Production Line

Pidgeon Method:

Calcination of dolomite: heat the dolomite that is crushed into∮*0～*0mm, and the dolomite will become MgOCaO when the temperature reached ***0 to ***0.

Grinding balls in mill: grind calcined dolomite,ferrosilicon and fluorite into fine powders(more than **0 meshes) 

Burdening and ball making: weigh and grind the calcined dolomite, ferrosilicon and fluorite powders, then press them into balls.

Reduction: heat the balls in the reducing retort to ***0**0 and stay ***0 hours under *3.3Pa or higher vacuum condition, then MgO will be reduced into magnesium vapour and become rough magnesium after condensation.

Refining and ingot casting: heat melts the rough magnesium. Under the temperature of **0℃, refine rough magnesium with flux and make it become pure magnesium.

Our company specializes in MgOCaO production line using dolomite, magnesite and serpentine. In addition, we also provide grinding and crushing equipment.

MgOCaO production line is composed of vertical preheater, rotary kiln and vertical cooler, as well as coal powders making system.    
The qualified crushed dolomite is stored in the bin and then conveyed into the bin on the top of preheater through elevator. At the bin on the top of preheater, there are two level indictors that control the feeding amount.Then the dolomite will be evenly distributed into various chambers of the preheater.     

The dolomite is pushed into the rotary kiln by hydraulic push rod after being heated by the high temperature flue gas in the tail of rotary kiln. Then in the rotary kiln, the dolomite becomes MgOCaO after being calcined under the temperature of ********0°C and enters into the cooler, finally being discharged when its temperature is below **0°C. Hot air after heat exchange enters into rotary kiln. Waste gas at tail of kiln goes into bag filter after being cooled be the air cooler and then to the chimney.
