Annual cooler is one of the main equipment in sintering systems project. The annual cooler is used for cooling the crushed sintering material, the common particle size of which is usually less than**0mm. The annual cooler has the characteristics of small covering area, compact equipment, high efficiency and low cost. 
Annual cooler mainly comprises the cooler body, driving devices, rotary part, back-up roller, side block roller, pressure rail, frame (including walking platform and maintenance platform), wind box, electric double-layer cindervalve under the wind box, hoods of unloading area, etc. Use the double driving device to ensure that the devices on both sides can operate synchronously; the driving device is installed with the speed detection device to facilitate the modifying and controlling of the production. The driving device is installed with the auxiliary drivers to make the annual cooler operate in low-speed during the breakdown of equipment so as to protect the equipment; the annual cooler can adapt to the open-air working environment.
