Detailed introduction:

Vertical raw mill is used to grind cement raw material and cement clinker, as well as other industrial materials of building, chemical engineering, ceramics, etc. It has features of small volume, light weight, less ground demand, less power consumption, long service time of quick-wear parts, therefore in recent years, it has been applied widely in developed countries.
Performance of vertical raw mill:
● High grinding efficiency. Adopt the advanced grinding principle, which can save power of *0% to *0% comparing with ball mill. With the increase of water in raw materials, the electricity saving effect is significant.
● High dry capacity. Use hot air and waste gas in kiln to dry the materials. For raw materials containing water more than *5%, dry and grind them at the same time.
● This equipment has the features of less ground demand and simple technical process. HRM vertical mill integrates fine grinding, drying, powder grinding, powder selection, transportation. And there is no need to install such equipment of drying, powder selection and lifting, etc. The area and spatial volume are respectively *0% and *0% to *0% of the ball mill system.
● Low noise, less dust, clean operating environment. Grinding roller and grinding plate have no direct contact and metal impacting. Vertical raw mill has lower noise, *0 to *5 decibel less than ball mill. The system adopts fully sealed operation at negative pressure without dust and does not bring any pollution.
● Little abrasion and pollution; metal abrasion of ***0g/t products causes little metallic pollution.
