the polyethylene protective layer will be peeled off from the pipeline.
2. Inner and outer tapes backing is generally blowing molding. This backing is easily affected by temperature a
nd it is easy to deform, brittle fracture and its tensile strength is not enough to reach the
national standard. It is easily deformed due to external force in the winding process which
will result in peeling. The surface of the backing material is not coated with silicone oil
which can prevent the tape selfadhesive.
There is no peel force in the overlap place during winding tape, and that will result in
the failure of the entire anti-corrosion. 3. The multi-layer winding not only causes cumbersome in the construction but also it is not conducive
to the installation of the pipeline catholic protection. It is easy to result in a shielding
phenomenon.
