healing along with polymeric tape outer wrap. Viscoelastic body adhesive

tape for pipe corrosion protection should be easily applicable for wrapping 

of irregular shape fittings i.e. 

Weld Joints, Bends and service Tees in underground Gas Distribution

 Piping System with minimum surface preparation.

Composition:

 film at the time of application.

The Viscoelastic body adhesive tape for pipe corrosion protection should be provided with suitable outer wrap for mechanical protection; 

the purpose of which is to provide additional pressure to support cold flow 

of compound tape and self healing properties of complete coating system.

with Asphalt, Coaltar and PE coating on the Gas Pipeline structures.

Storage Requirement:

 Material shall be suitable for storage at ambient temperature ranging upto 40ºC. 

with 90% humidity.

Samples and technical data sheet:

 Bidder must attach one sample of each type of the quoted item along 

with detail technical data sheet. 

A third party test report from internationally reputed testing bodies.
